What we make#

X Bot (Telegram: @BWS_X_Bot, X: @XBotNinja) is a Telegram bot that tracks X (Twitter) activity for crypto communities. An admin runs /setup, lists the accounts, cashtags, keywords, and mentions to track, picks a schedule, and the bot fetches public X posts on that cron, scores them, renders a leaderboard image, and posts it back into the chat. When a chat clears the visibility thresholds it also appears on the public dashboard at xbot.ninja.

Why it exists#

KOL agencies, token-launch coordinators, and community managers run campaigns across many X accounts and have no central, trustworthy place to see who posted what — spreadsheets break at volume, and third-party trackers show numbers that don’t match X. X Bot reads from the official X API so every figure is verifiable, and delivers the report into the Telegram chat where the team already makes decisions.

Who runs it#

X Bot is built and operated by the Blockchain Web Services (BWS) team, led by Nacho Coll (Founder & Principal). BWS is an AI-native solutions factory that ships production-ready software across a portfolio of products — X Bot is one of them, alongside OpenAgile.AI, Zellbox, WallaWhats, Badges.ninja, Blockchain Database, NFT.zK, and IPFS.NINJA. The operating principle is Demand Becomes Product: engineered by people, accelerated by AI, accountable end-to-end — every line of code owned by a named engineer.

The founding team has been building on AWS since 2007 (Enterprise Architect work for LEGO, Nordea, Vueling and others) and on blockchain / decentralized infrastructure since 2019. Support tickets are handled directly by the team — /setup → ❓ Help & Support reaches a real human.

How we use AI in our content#

Some posts on this blog are drafted by an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) using our content workflow, then reviewed by a human before publishing. Every product claim — pricing, /setup menu paths, X API and Telegram behavior, competitor comparisons — is checked against the live product and current sources before a post goes out. Posts that were AI-drafted carry a note at the end saying so. If you spot an inaccuracy, reach us via /setup → ❓ Help & Support in the bot. See our editorial process for the full workflow.

Editorial standards#

  • Product facts are verified against the live bot and the docs.
  • Competitor pricing and features are checked against public sources and dated when volatile.
  • We’re honest about tradeoffs — including when X Bot is the wrong tool for a job.
